Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon sesame
• 3 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon soy
• 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
• juice of 1/2 a lime
• Salt and pepper

Salad

• 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
• 1/4 cup toasted, slivered almonds
• 1/4 cup crispy wonton strips
• 1/4 cup fried rice noodles (optional)
• 1 breaded chicken breast, sliced

Instructions

Dressing

1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake until emulsified.

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with desired amount of dressing.
