Sheet Pan Gnocchi

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Lined a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Break the sausage into bite sized pieces and place onto the prepared baking dish with the gnocchi, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss all ingredients together and arrange in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until the gnocchi is toasted and the sausage is cooked through.
  4. Once out of the oven, toss with butter, parsley and parmesan and serve.
